1.AGE RESTRICTION. Wines are alcoholic beverages and may not be sold to anybody under the age of eighteen. In order to buy from this site you must be eighteen or more years of age.
2.PRICES All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current rate, (January 2012 = 23%).
3. AVAILABILITY AND PRICE GUARANTEE Some wines are available in limited quantities only and all products are sold subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of going to print (January 2012) and are intended to remain in force until July 2012. A Taste of Italy does, however, reserve the right to amend prices, for example following Government or legislative changes.
4. VINTAGES Vintages are correct at the time of publication (January 2012) but, wine being an agricultural product of limited supply and finite shelf life, vintages may change, without notice, during the life of this brochure. Prices for subsequent vintages may differ from those quoted.
5. DELIVERIES All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Claims for breakages will be accepted only if A Taste of Italy is given notification within three days of delivery.
6. TITLE TO GOODS A Taste of Italy shall retain ownership of all Goods supplied until the customer has made payment in full, for the Goods. Until such payment the Goods shall be properly stored and maintained in good condition and shall at all times be separately stored in such a way as to be identifiable as the property of A Taste of Italy. The customer shall, if requested by the vendor, immediately return or release the goods to A Taste of Italy.

8. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS A Taste of Italy accepts no liability arising from any errors (including typographical) contained in, or any omissions from, this publication.
