Harvest: manual, following ripening curves
Fermentation: gentle grape pressing, maceration in steel vats with hand punched down and controlled temperature fermentation
Ageing and evolution: in January the wine is decanted into oak barriques where it ages for about 15 months; again 12 months in cement tanks and matured further 6 months refining in the bottle
Colour: Deep ruby red colour
Nose: Limpid and Intense, strong liquorice and forest fruits scents
Taste: Full-bodied and robust, with a tannin component, embraced by the grape’s aromatic weave
