Aging: With a soft pressing they obtain the must. Then it is left for 24 hours to favour the natural sediment. The clear part fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C . It ages also in stainless steel tanks.

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish hues.

Nose: Intense, fresh , floral, enriched by a light mineral note.

Taste: Fresh, fruity and full of pleasantness and character with strong acidity that gives freshness and persistence.
