Aging: For at least 6 months in French Barriques.

This wine is born in the sweet hills and sunny vineyards of their estates where history and tradition meet together blending harmonious flavours and strong perfumes.

Harvest time: Manual in boxes. The Merlot in the last week of August and the Nero D’avola is picked in the second decade of September.

Colour: Ruby red colour wine.

Nose: Black fruits, tobacco and black pepper with a light aroma of vanilla and sage.

Taste: It tastes of mature red fruits, soft and balanced with a sweet and strong aftertaste.
