Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is a grape variety that can give great wines, with balance and drink-ability that few others can boast. Compared to Cabernet Sauvignon, it germinates and matures about two weeks before, has fewer tannins, generally less polyphenols, a little less color and tends to a lower concentration.
