Gewürztraminer

Gewurztraminer, or aromatic Traminer is an aromatic grape variety from the typical peel pink, grown mainly in Trentino South-Tyrol and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It originates an intense straw yellow wine with golden reflections; the characteristic nose is distinguished by an aromatic bouquet with notes of tropical fruits (pineapple, lychee, mango) and candied fruit; tasting is quite alcoholic, little sour, sweet and aromatic.
