Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mo Mo Organic
The centuries-old plants of Itrana and Leccio, lying on the steep grounds of the Lepini Mountains, about 85 km from Rome, gave rise to Mò Mò No.2.
Cultivated with organic farming methods, this mixture is the most delicate of the mò mò line. The olive harvest usually starts at the end of October and ends in November. The oil is extracted within hours by cold pressing in a certified organic press.
Fruity scent, fragrant and decidedly harmonious, the oil has a strong flavour with a slightly bitter note of spices.
