The Trebbiano Abruzzo vine belongs to the large Trebbiano family, a biotype of Tuscan Trebbiano Among the most cultivated white grape varieties in central Italy (Emilia Romagna, Marche, Lazio and Abruzzo), it has been known since Roman times. Their name derives from Trebula or a farm (Pliny the Elder describes a “Vinum Trebulanum which, according to this interpretation, would be «country wine» or «house wine»).
Trebbiano Abruzzo gives life to light and medium bodied wines, but manifests many other qualities when grown with low yields and vinified with care
Production: Vinification “in bianco ” at a controlled temperature of 16 C.
Nose: Distinctive yellow fruit aroma.
Taste: Fresh, soft and balanced.
