Vineyard: Old vineyard in the borough of San Michele all’Adige. Guyot cultivation system, with a plant density of 5,000 vines per hectare. Ideal microclimate for an early and complete ripening of the grapes.
Aging: Aging for 6 months in oak barrels. Then a further refinement in the bottle to complete and exalt the quality.
Nose: A fine fruity bouquet reminiscent of red currants and cherries.
Taste: A strong alcoholic vigour, gentle tannins and a slightly boisé finish. This wine is characterised by its dry and complex, yet round flavour.
