The grappa has excellent digestive properties, it is a real source of good digestion and this is something well known. What is not known (not to many!) is that Grappa can also be enjoyed in various cocktails: “Grappa Sour”, “Grappa Highball” and as a long drink or an aperitif in combination with prosecco.
Today I want to let you have a nice and quick receipt to make the Boulevard Grappa.
Ingredients for 1 Cocktail
- 3 cl Giare Gewürztraminer
- 3 cl Bitter Campari
- 3 cl Vermouth Antica
Pour all ingredients directly into an Old Fashioned glass, mix and add ice to fill the glass, plus a twist of orange rind. Garnish with a slice of dried orange.
