Aging: 12 months in used French oak tonneaux of 500l, followed by 9 months in bottle.

Nose: It shows a bright, focused nose of violets and plums, with oak notes and hints of spices.

Taste: In the mouth, black fruits are framed by a vibrant, fresh acidity. The wine is balanced, focused and vertical. Well-integrated oak gives the wine a touch of sweetness at the finish, which is long and bright with coffee bean and berry notes. Drink 2016-2020. – Luciano Sandrone Barbera d’Alba
