Aging: at least 6 months in French Barriques.

Harvest time: Hand picking in boxes, in the second decade of September

Nose:  Ethereal, intense with a range of aromas from fruity, sweet and ripe scents to floral notes of violet, spices and roastings.

Taste: Soft, smooth, material; the creamy phenolic mass is perceived and supported by a note of acidity and a velvety tannin.
