TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Age Restriction
According to our A Taste of Italy Gorey Terms & Conditions, wines are alcoholic beverages and may not be sold to anyone under the age of eighteen. To buy from this site, you must be eighteen or older.
Prices
All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current rate, (April 2023 = 23%).
Availability & Price Guarantee
Some wines are available in limited quantities only and all products are sold subject to availability.
Vintages
Vintages are correct at the time of publication (April 2023) but, wine being an agricultural product of limited supply and finite shelf life, vintages may change, without notice, during the life of this site. Prices for subsequent vintages may differ from those quoted.
Deliveries
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Claims for breakages will be accepted only if A Taste of Italy is given notification within three days of delivery.
Payment Terms
Orders can be paid via Stripe, Bank Transfer, Over the phone, PayPal (even if you don’t have a Paypal account).
