This wine represents the willingness and effort of our farmers to produce a wine that could pair with the fish caught in our Adriatic Sea; with the sapidity, freshness, and floral notes that are found in our still unknown main grape variety, our Bianchello del Metauro.

Nose: On the nose there is a scent of peach, white pear and white flowers.
Taste: To the palate it is fresh, harmonious and enjoyable with a low grade of alcohol.
Drink with: This wine is ideal with fish or white meat and is excellent as an aperitif.
