Vinification: Temperature controlled vinification in stainless steel conical-trunk vats with rack and pumping over techniques for 18/20 days.
Aging: 18/20 Months maturation in 500 LT French oak barrels, partly new and partly of second use. 2 years in bottle before release.
Nose: A large and complex bouquet with hints of black cherry and violet alternating with a finale which has subtle nuances of fine wood and spices,
Taste: A wine with great character and a long, warm finish .
