THE PRODUCER : Azienda Vitivinicola Tola
Aging: Few months in a stainless steel tanks and then for further 3 months in the bottle.
Harvest time: Hand picking in boxes in the middle part of September.
Production: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel with 10 days of skin contact at temperature of 26-28 C°; after malolactic fermentation the wine mellows for few months in a stainless steel tanks and following in the bottle for other 3 months.
Nose: Rich in hints of ripe red and black fruit harmoniously accompanied by balsamic notes of thyme and dark spices.
