Vermut is born from the encounter of two neighbouring worlds: Madonna delle Vittorie, the historic wine cellar overlooking Lake Garda, and the Altolago distillery located further north. This collaboration blends winemaking tradition with distillation expertise to create a vermouth of refined elegance and depth.
The base of Vermut Altolago is a carefully selected range of grapes traditionally used for red and rosé wines, harvested at optimal ripeness. These wines are delicately flavoured using cold-temperature processing, preserving freshness while enhancing aromatic complexity and balance.
Tasting Notes
On the palate, Vermut is smooth, layered and harmonious, with a pleasant bitterness that gives structure and character without overpowering the senses.
Serving Suggestions
Ideal as an aperitif, Vermut Altolago can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a premium ingredient in classic and contemporary cocktails, offering versatility and sophistication in every glass.
