To be honest, this isn’t just any labyrinth; it’s a work of art! Designed to be a welcoming space, it’s filled with ancient grape varieties like Bellone, Nero Buono, and the revived Abbuoto. These grapes are the heart and soul of Carpineti’s organic wines, which we’re proud to offer here at A Taste of Italy.
Limito vineyard, a circular masterpiece, is a meticulously crafted landscape featuring two tranquil resting areas flanked by towering cypress trees. This ambitious project was brought to life through painstaking research and artisanal craftsmanship, resulting in a vineyard that showcases the revival of once-forgotten grape varieties.
