Producer: Nadal

Nadal Glera Frizzante Veneto is a great way to add bubbles to your day.

Harvest: The grapes are harvested in the first half of September.

Vineyard: These grapes are grown on a clayey soil with a gravelly substrate which is rich in minerals.

Production: Soft crushing of the grape is followed by the vinification with selected yeastes at controlled temperature of 16-17℃. Refermentation follows in an autoclave with the Charmat method vats.
