Recioto della Valpolicella is crafted with care in the Valpolicella Classica zone, from soils rich in red and brown debris, calcareous marls, and basalt.
Aging: The grapes are naturally dried for 4–5 months, followed by a traditional skin contact fermentation for 18 months in clay amphoras, enhancing the wine’s structure and aromatic complexity.
Nose: Recioto della Valpolicella offers a rich bouquet reminiscent of forest fruits, violet, and sweet raisins, making each sip a sensory delight.
